The Latin Corridor at the Deep Ellum Block Party celebrates Latin culture through a lively mix of traditional and contemporary performances. Taking place near the intersection of Elm Street and Good Latimer, the event runs from 1-3 PM, showcasing Mariachi & Ballet Folklorico Performances by Ollimpaxqui and “Deep Ellum Block Party is supported in part by the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs”, and The Wing It Latin Band, which will debut an exciting fusion of top 40 hits and classic cumbia.
Into the evening…
The festivities resume at 7 PM inside CheapSteaks with a $5 all-access wristband, offering live performances from popular Latin band Los Gran Reyes, local champions Cayuga All-Stars, Diego Bravo and singer-songwriter Ceci Ceci. This event highlights the Latin community’s significant influence on Deep Ellum, offering an engaging experience for attendees.
